แครอท ขูดเป็นเส้นเล็กๆ ½ ถ้วยตวง
ฟักทอง ขูดเป็นเส้นเล็กๆ ½ ถ้วยตวง
น้ำตาลทรายแดง ½ ถ้วย
เนย (เนยนิ่ม) 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ไข่ขาว 2 ฟอง (อุณหภูมิห้อง)
โยเกิร์ต ½ ถ้วย
แป้งอเนกประสงค์ 1 ถ้วย
ผงฟู 1 ช้อนชา
เบกิ้งโซดา 1 ช้อนชา
เกลือ ¼ ช้อนชา
เนย (เนยนิ่ม) ทาพิมพ์มัฟฟิน

วิธีทำ

1. เปิดเตาอบอุณหภูมิ 180 องศาเซลเซียส เตรียมพิมพ์มัฟฟิน และใช้แปรงทาเนยบางๆ ที่พิมพ์
2. นำชามใหญ่ใส่ครีมเนยถั่วลิสง แครอท ฟักทอง น้ำตาลทรายแดง เนยสด ใช้ไม้พายคนส่วนผสมให้เข้ากัน หลังจากนั้น ใส่ไข่ขาวและโยเกิร์ต คนให้เข้ากันอีกครั้ง
3. ร่อนแป้ง ผงฟู เบกิ้งโซดา เกลือ ใส่ในชามในข้อ 1 คนส่วนผสมให้เป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน
4. ตักส่วนผสมใส่ในพิมพ์มัฟฟิน ประมาณ ¾ ของพิมพ์ นำเข้าเตาอบ อบประมาณ 15 นาที (Test ว่ามัฟฟินสุกหรือยัง โดยใช้ไม้จิ้มฟัน จิ้มไปที่ตรงกลางของมัฟฟิน ถ้าไม่มีเนื้อมัฟฟินติดมากับไม้จิ้มฟัน แสดงว่าสุกแล้ว)
5. เมื่อสุกแล้ว นำมัฟฟินออกมาจากพิมพ์ วางบนตะแกรงให้มัฟฟินเย็น เสิร์ฟกับแยมราสเบอร์รี่ หรือแยมสตอว์เบอร์รี่ ตามชอบ…

วิธีทำ

1.หั่นแอ๊ปเปิ้ลเป็นชิ้นพอดีคำ ใส่ชามใหญ่ เติมโยเกิร์ต น้ำผึ้ง เกลือ น้ำมะนาว คลุกเคล้าส่วนผสมให้เข้ากัน
2. ตัดใส่จานเสิร์ฟ โรยด้วย งาดำ งาขาว อัลมอนด์สไลด์เล็กน้อย ตกแต่งด้วยยอดสะระแหน่

LOY KRATHONG*
Loy Krathong Day is one of the most popular festivals of Thailand celebrated annually on the Full-Moon Day of the Twelfth Lunar Month. It takes place at a time when the weather is fine as the rainy season is over and there is a high water level all over the country."Loy" means "to float" and a "Krathong" is a lotus-shaped vessel made of banana leaves. The Krathong usually contains a candle, three joss-sticks, some flowers and coins.In fact, the festival is of Brahmin origin in which people offer thanks to the Goddess of the water. Thus, by moonlight, people light the candles and joss-sticks, make a wish and launch their Krathongs on canals, rivers or even small ponds. It is believed that the Krathongs carry away sins and bad luck, and the wishes that have been made for the new year due to start. Indeed, it is the time to be joyful and happy as the sufferings are floated away.The festival starts in the evening when there is a full moon in the sky. People of all walks of life carry their Krathongs to the nearby rivers. After lighting candles and joss-sticks and making a wish, they gently place the Krathongs on the water and let them drift away till they go out of sight.A Beauty Queen Contest is an important part of the festival and for this occasion it is called "The Noppamas Queen Contest". Noppamas is a legendary figure from the Sukhothai period. Old do***ents refer to her as the chief royal consort of a Sukhothai Kng named "Lithai". Noppamas was said to have made the first decorated Krathong to float in the river on the occasion.In Bangkok, major establishments such as leading hotels and amusement parks organise their Loy Krathong Festival and the Krathong contest as mojor annual function.For visitors to Thailand, the Loy Krathong Festival is an occasion not to be missed. the festival is listed in the tourist calendar. Everyone is invited to take part and share the joy and happiness.

CHECKERED GIANT* (กระต่ายที่ดุที่สุดในโลก)
The Checkered Giant rabbit is a breed of rabbit developed in Europe. In the UK the breed is known as Giant Papillon.Checkered Giants are one of 47 breeds of domestic rabbits recognized by the American Rabbit Breeders Association. Mature Checkered Giant bucks should weigh at least 11 pounds (5.0 kg), and mature does 12 pounds (5.4 kg), but there is no specified maximum weight. The Checkered Giant is outweighed by the Giant Chinchilla and Flemish Giant. The Checkered Giant is considered a show rabbit rather than a meat rabbit. The Checkered Giant is one of only 11 breeds with defined markings. Body type markings differ between European and American Checkered Giants, although they are considered the same breed.Commercial rabbit pellets are often recommended, though this is a disputed claim amongst rabbit rescue shelters and commercial breeders. Pellets are high in fat, which will render a fatter rabbit, but is not a healthy choice for longevity concerns. Feed 1/2 cup of pellets per 5 pounds of body weight (25 mL/kg) every day. Many breeders find it can be hard to keep weight on rabbits that are not offered free choice pellets. For rabbits under 8 months of age, feed unlimited plain alfalfa pellets. Free choice hay, such as timothy-grass, should be unlimited and changed daily. Alfalfa hay should not be offered free choice to rabbits over 8 months of age because it is too rich in calcium.Many rabbits do very well in the home. They can be litter box trained and are quite fastidious groomers. Be aware that rabbits love to chew so make sure all wires are safely hidden or in protective plastic covers and understand that some of your furniture may be nibbled. If you choose to cage your rabbit, make sure the cage is at least 3 feet by 3 feet by 4 feet (0.9×0.9×1.2 m). If the cage has a wire bottom make certain you give the rabbit a plank or sea grass mats to stand on so his feet won’t get damaged from being on the wire all the time. Provide a hide box or shelter and plenty of straw for bedding.
